Set up registration forms that will capture the information you need to collect from your attendees. This information is available either by viewing an attendee’s profile or by exporting attendee data.
With Attendease you can create as many forms as you need, for each attendee type you may have. Start by creating your default form, which will be available to all, and create additional forms with questions that are specific to certain groups, such as sponsors, exhibitors, VIP’s, students, and more.
You can add from a range of input fields including fields for text, email addresses, phone numbers, and a country select widget. Create custom fields using checkboxes, dropdown, select lists, and radio button. You can also add various levels of headings and fields for descriptive help text. With conditional fields you have the ability to build dynamic registration forms that use conditional logic. Choose whether a question is visible or hidden based on a registrant’s selections in previous fields. You also have the ability to select if a question is optional, always required, or required based on a registrant’s previous answers.
Set up and configure global fields on the organization level (instead of per event). These fields can be used for either registration forms or surveys, and they help you to expedite the setup of forms and manage fields consistently across events.
