What do you get when you throw three young web developers together in old East Vancouver heritage house in 2001? A SaaS-based event automation platform in 2017…obviously! Jamie, Mike and Patrick started Coverall Crew (now Attendease) in 2001 on a bit of a whim, and quickly fell into a focus on event registration and website development for mid-sized and large technology companies for their events. As they did more custom technology consulting for clients, it became apparent they needed a platform to automate tasks for themselves, and this eventually evolved into what is now the Attendease Event Automation platform.

We’ve matured into a nimble cloud-based solution that stays true to its beginnings working to make the lives of event planners and marketers easier through our event automation platform. We’re growing and evolving, and we see the next five years to be more exciting than the last five.

Todd Heintz

CEO

Todd Heintz has over 20 years experience with technology companies having worked for EY, Sierra Wireless, EQO, BCLC, Contractually (Coupa), Incite Ventures, and now Attendease. Heintz has depth and breadth in product, sales and marketing, financing, operations, corporate development.

Jamie Lubiner

co-founder

Jamie Lubiner has spent 16+ years overseeing and participating in the design and delivery of custom software for myriad Fortune 500 companies like Adobe, SXSW, NVIDIA, Apple, Intuit and PalmSource. Jamie also co-founded Attendease, which is an enterprise-grade event management, marketing and delivery platform.

Patrick Gibson

Patrick Gibson has been working with the web for over 20 years, covering a wide array of technologies, platforms, and aspects of web development, design, and infrastructure. He has worked on projects for such companies as Hewlett Packard, Adobe, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, eBay, SXSW, as well as many others.

Michael Wood

Michael Wood the co-founder of Coverall Crew Corporation and Retrix Hosting. Since the early days of the World Wide Web Michael has wanted to build Internet products and services. He attended Simon Fraser University for Computer Science and went on to be part of several Web 1.0 startups.

Aaron Saxby

Senior Director, Global Sales

Aaron Saxby is a client centric sales leader with over 15 years experience in the digital, mobile and event space. Aaron has worked alongside multiple Fortune 500 companies to launch event technology engagements for clients including Oracle, Visa, Walmart, AT&T, Deloitte, Pfizer and Mastercard. Aaron’s expertise spans across sales and marketing, product development, partnerships, and operations.

Matt Mastracci

Matt is an entrepreneur and former CTO with multiple sweat-equity exists through StumbleUpon (acquired by eBay) and Flipagram (acquired by Toutiao). He is an angel investor who has invested in more than 40 deals, including Careguide, Foodee and Glowforge.

Robin Jones

Robin is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at Payfirma, and previously led the marketing organizations at both QuickMobile and Active Network (Lanyon) where she was responsible for marketing strategy and execution. Robin has been instrumental in seeing start-up and mid-size organizations through rapid growth phases to IPO including over 20 strategic acquisitions and partnerships.

Dean Prevost

Dean Prevost was previously President of Allstream Inc. from 2009-2014 where he also held CMO and EVP roles in Operations, Sales and Marketing from 1997 to 2008. Dean also spent over six years at Monitor Company, a strategy consultancy. Dean holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
