How does Attendease pricing work?

It’s simple – we’re subscription-based, no limit to number of attendees, no limit to the number of events, no cost per attendee, no percentage rates on your ticket sales – You pick the plan that best meets the complexity and design of your meetings and events program, functionality , number of administrative users required, and number of business units supported, that best fits your needs. Other add-ons and options are available in addition to subscriptions. The beautiful thing is you can do as many events as you want within those parameters – finally simple and versatile pricing plans for corporate event planners!

What are the benefits of an annual subscription?

Having an annual subscription will provide you with a fixed cost for your event management software, and annual plans include a discount versus paying month to month. Now increasing the number of events in your annual portfolio means bringing the cost per event DOWN as you do more events!

What happens if I need more admin users?

Should you require additional admin users simply contact your Customer Success representative and they will provide you with your options.

Are there any hidden fees?

You pay for your subscription and for any add-ons you select. There are no other fees. Add-ons are available to enhance your event planning processes further but are not necessary.

How do the standalone Schedule Builder and JustReg products work?

We have a lot of event planners come to us because they’ve heard about how powerful, flexible and easy our registration and scheduling building tools are. They’re either already mostly happy with their event tech stack, or they want to try us on for size with baby steps first. 

JustReg: For when you don’t need all the bells and whistles of an event management software and just need an easy-to-use registration tool to help get people registered for your portfolio of meetings and events. 

Schedule Builder: For when you have a very large, complex event agenda and need a robust tool to manage it, but you don’t want to shift your entire tech stack to do it. 

We can get you set up in no time to use either product without needing to be on one of our standard Pro, Business or Enterprise event management software subscription plans.
